2.0 - Spellbinding visuals unfold on screen

Amid much anticipation, Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar's 2.0 hit the big screens on Thursday. For the first time, the film brings together 'Thalaivar' Rajinikanth, 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar and director Shankar and is a sequel of 2010 film Enthiran.

Not only in India, but Shankar's magnum opus has attracted international attention as well. Movie buffs world over are leaving no stone unturned to catch any available show on the release day.

Apart from the trio, 2.0 has piqued everyone's curiosity as it is India's most expensive film, Akshay Kumar's debut Tamil film and it has been completely shot in 3D with a whopping 2150 VFX shots.

Ever since the makes of the film released the theatrical trailer and posters, various questions have been plaguing our minds - 'what is the fifth force', 'what kind of role does Akshay Kumar have', 'will robot romance enthrall us' and so on.

Now that the movie has released, people can't stop gushing about the spellbinding visuals, Rajinikanth's quadruple role, Akshay Kumar's earnest acting and Amy Jackson as the droid Nila.
