NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 388.56 points up at 36,105.51 on Thursday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Atreya Petro (down 10.61 per cent), Patspin India (down 9.99 per cent), Carnation Industries (down 9.34 per cent), Tokyo Plast International (down 9.04 per cent), G G Dandekar (down 8.82 per cent), Swarnsarita Gems (down 7.56 per cent), Nu Tek India (down 7.32 per cent), Restile Ceramic (down 6.84 per cent), AgriTech (India) (down 6.76 per cent) and NPR Finance (down 6.56 per cent) were among the worst performers.
Indo Rama Synthetics (down 5.01 per cent), Suzlon Energy (down 5.34 per cent) and YES Bank (down 8.01 per cent) too declined over 5 per cent at around the same time.
In the Nifty pack, 38 stocks were trading in the green, while 12 stocks were in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 103.20 points up at 10,832.05.
