Almost 150 volleyball teams to converge on Canberra
Canberra will host the largest senior volleyball event in the country when almost 150 teams converge on the capital to play more than 500 matches this weekend.
The 53rd Good Neighbour tournament will be played across three venues over two days with action kicking off at the AIS, ANU, Lyneham on Saturday.
‘‘While the competition on the court is fierce, teams also come for the social side of the weekend. It continues to be an annual pilgrimage for Australia’s volleyball community," Volleyball ACT boss Adam Castle said.
