Now is the time for India’s automakers to prepare for future mobility

While there is a slow uptake of connected and autonomous technologies in India, slowing growth in the market shows now is the time to adapt. By Jack Hunsley

The autonomous and connected revolutions are likely to see stakeholders across the global automotive industry leave no stone unturned. The potential benefits of adopting such technologies will no doubt outweigh any of the negatives at some point in the near future. Many major automakers are so convinced by this that already preparations are being made in order to make the transition from automaker to mobility provider.
