HC seeks DU's response on Sunny Chillar's plea against Ankiv Baisoya

The High Court on Monday asked University to make its stand clear on National Students' Union of India's (NSUI) Sunny Chillar's plea seeking action against Ankiv Baisoya, who had used forged certificates for securing admission into the varsity.

Justice sought DU's response on the plea, observing that there was nothing on record filed by the university after he had reserved his judgement in the matter last week.

The court has posted the matter for further hearing on December 4.
