Logitech is not buying Plantronics after all. The company has dismissed reports of purchasing the headset and Bluetooth earpiece maker.

It was reported late last week that Logitech is mulling the purchase of Plantronics. However, the company has now explained that it had engaged in discussions for a potential transaction but it terminated the negotiations, The Verge reported.

The potential deal which was projected at over USD 2.2 billion would have been Logitech's biggest acquisition by far.
