Ujjain: A youth was allegedly stabbed to death on Friday near Kartik Mela area on some petty matter by some miscreants.
Jeevan (20) son of Jagdish Bagari resident of village Binayaga under Bhairavgarh police station limits, had visited the fair with his brother Ratan, Arjun and two other friends meanwhile they had a quarrel with some miscreants over some petty issue, the disputed got violent and the miscreants surrounded these villagers and started stabbing on Sadaval road near Kartik Mela ground. Jeevan received serious injuries while his brother and friends also got injured in the melieu. Other injured: Jeevan, Ratan, Arjun, were sent to a hospital where Jeevan died during the treatment. Mahakal police registered an FIR under Section 302 against the miscreants and started manhunt.
