Balbharati to upload practice Q&A papers for SSC students

SSC students

In order to familiarise the students of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with the newly-introduced paper pattern for the upcoming board exam, the Maharashtra State Bureau of Textbook Production & Curriculum Research, Pune has decided to upload mock test papers for students on its website, E-Balbharati from 26 November.

Till last year, it was the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) that published the SSC textbooks. This year, the responsibility was given to Balbharati to ensure that textbooks arrive before the schools reopened.

Sunil Magar, Director of Balbharati, said, "This is the first time that the bureau has decided to do something for students as the syllabus is new as well as the paper pattern. In order to help them to raise their confidence before the SSC board exam, this move has been taken so that the students will not have any fear during the exam."

According to a bureau official, the students will be able to practice with the test papers in time. The answer papers will also be uploaded on the website from December 6 along with the videos of the subject experts, who will talk about the questions asked in practice question papers. Students will be able to correct their answers from the answer papers that will be uploaded later.
