Giving tree

The Youth group has partnered with Missions and Family Service Association o f Fall River this holiday season. Ornaments identifying a child’s age, gender. Interests and needs will be hung on our “giving tree.”

They won’t be collecting unwrapped items until Sunday, December 16th. Gifts don’t need to be elaborate, but anything to let the children know that they’re thought of this holiday season will be appreciated.

Please keep the tag with your item(s) so we know who the gift is for. Youth group will wrap and deliver the gifts to FSA. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to see Justin or Amanda.

Lobster rolls

Lobster rolls will be available for $11 on Nov. 30 at the United Methodist Church. For your convenience lobster meat will be in a separate container and roll, fixings and chips in a separate bag. Orders must be placed by Monday, Nov. 26. Free delivery of 10 or more between 9 and 10:30 a.m.; smaller orders may be picked up between 10 and 11:30 a.m. Call 508-676-3091; after 1 p.m., press 4 and leave your order.

Supporting veterans

The church will be supporting the Fall River Food Pantry and Our Veterans. Clothing donations are needed. Gloves, socks and all other form of clothing would be greatly appreciated by all.

They have need of socks, toiletries, outside clothing and peanut butter and jelly.

If you can help out please call the church at 508-676-0571 and leave a message and you will be directed when to drop off food items and/or items to be distributed to the Veterans in our area.

Christmas concert
