Representational ImagePUNE: Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher secondary education has announced the dates for board examinations of 2018-19 class X and XII. Class X board examinations will be held between March 1 and March 22 while class XII board examinations will be conducted between February 21 and March 20.
The date-sheet (time table) of board examination has been uploaded on the official website of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education https://mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in. Since, class X has a new syllabus from this academic year, there will be examinations conducted for both new and old syllabus. Students have to make sure that they cross-check their date sheet before appearing for examination. This will also be the last opportunity to appear for examination based on the old syllabus.

"While the examination date sheet will be displayed on the website of the state board, the students are asked to make sure to follow the date sheet which has been given in printed format to the respective schools and or junior colleges. Make sure that students do not follow any date sheet that comes from other sources or from social media websites. All the date sheets for written, oral or practical examinations will be declared by the divisional," said the official notification from the state board on Thursday.
