Minister on Friday took a jibe at with the lyrics of a 1997-song sung by

"Yeh to thehre pardesi, saath kya nibhayenge?," Chouhan said at an election rally here.

Touting the party as a pardesi (foreigner), Chouhan said, "Where will be after 28 November (voting day for elections)? He stays less in and more abroad. He (Rahul) wouldn't be in after the voting will be over as he stays outside the country. He is an outsider, he won't be here to help us. In the end, Mama (Shivraj) will be here to help."

Earlier in the day, the chief, while addressing a rally in poll-bound state's district said that Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led government in has destroyed the education sector with Vyapam scam -- the entrance examination, admission and recruitment scam unearthed in the state in 2013.

The will go to polls on November 28 and the counting of votes will be held on December 11.

The assembly election in the state is seen as a direct political battle between the BJP and the Congress. While Chouhan is eyeing to secure his fourth consecutive term as the minister of the state, the Congress party is looking to regain the power after 2003.
