HYATT REGENCY PUNE TURNS 8!

Hyatt Regency Pune is celebrating its 8th anniversary. On this wonderful occasion, the hotel has organised a special Puneri themed celebration for guests and the hotel staff. This celebration is a tribute to the city of Pune.
 
Earlier this month, resident guests were invited for the Great at 8 celebrations in the hotel lobby that had a complete Puneri themed décor, along with lavani dancers and tutari (a type of horn wind instrument) players adding more colour and gaiety to the celebrations.
 
Staff members dressed in nauvari sarees welcomed guests with aarti and tika. The entire gathering had almost 100 guests who actively participated in the celebrations.
 
The menu too had a complete Puneri flavour with a twist. Spicy Vatana Phyllo Puffs with Thecha, Micro Vada Pavs with green chillies and peanut chutney, Misal Poori Tartlets, Kolhapuri Chicken and Kothimbir Vadi Sandwiches and Soya Shrikhand were some of the exciting dishes. Beverages served were Sol Kadi with Sev Puri and Strawberry Mastani.
 
The celebrations continue till December 8 with special offers at the restaurants. Indulge in an elaborate lunch buffet at The Café or a gourmet Italian set menu at La Terrazza.
