AS Ekspress Grupp: The Circuit Court dismissed the appeal of OÜ Grupivara

On 22^nd of November, Tallinn Circuit Court decided to dismiss the appeal filed by OÜ Grupivara and to leave the judgement unchanged made by Harju County Court on 12^th of April, 2018. The procedural costs of AS Ekspress Grupp shall be paid by OÜ Grupivara in amount of EUR 1,923.

OÜ Grupivara can appeal the judgement of the Circuit Court, by submitting a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court.
