MUMBAI: According to the latest information from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, 22,000 buildings in the city do not have an Occupation Certificate (OC), chief minister Devendra Fadnavis stated in a written reply in the state assembly.

He said that if a developer does not fulfil conditions, the BMC does not issue an OC.
