The rugby league star is accused of sexually assaulting the woman at a home she shared with her mother in Newcastle, in the NSW Hunter region, on September 30.

That following morning at 3am, Hayne was reportedly back at Sydney and was seen with a fellow NRL player, drinking at the Merrylands Bowling Club
Police allege the pair were having consensual sex at the house before the woman told Hayne she was 'withdrawing consent'.
Hayne allegedly tore the young woman's clothes off before biting her on the genitals.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the alleged attack left the woman bleeding severely and needing medical treatment the next day.
The publication claims Hayne was spotted drinking with at Merrylands Bowling Club at about 3am with another friend.
The average taxi fare for the near two-and-a-half journey is $435.

Desperate to avoid spending the night behind bars, the NRL star paid a $20,000 surety and agreed to the strict bail conditions in exchange for his freedom.
As part of the bail conditions imposed by police, the one-time NFL player was forced to surrender his passport and may not apply for a new one.
Hayne has also been banned from visiting the Newcastle region - where the woman still lives - and cannot contact, stalk, threaten or harass his alleged victim.
He must also report to police on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday each week.

He was then driven to an address in north-west Sydney, where he must reside as part of his bail conditions.
The football star is due to appear at Burwood Local Court on December 10 in relation to the charges.
According to the NSW Criminal Code, a sexual assault becomes 'aggravated' if the offender inflicts 'actual bodily harm on the alleged victim intentionally'.
If convicted, Hayne is facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail.
Hayne hired Salim Mehajer's former lawyer Ramy Qutami over the weekend.
The woman originally complained to the NRL's Integrity Unit about the incident, and the unit then referred the woman to the police.
Hayne is yet to comment on the allegations and his family on the NSW Central Coast told 9 News: 'There'll be no comment'.
The two-time Dally M Medallist is one of the biggest names in the NRL and had a magical run to help the Eels to the 2009 grand final.
He has played 11 Tests for Australia, 23 State of Origins for NSW, scored 121 tries in 214 NRL games and had a stint in the NFL in America.
The latest allegations come as Hayne faces civil legal action in the US over claims he raped a woman during his time with the San Francisco 49ers NFL team in 2015.

Police declined to charge Hayne after investigating the allegations, but the woman has since lodged a civil suit.
Hayne has vehemently denied the claims.
The charges laid against Hayne this week signify an enormous fall from grace for the man who was once the most exciting prospect in rugby league.
As a child Hayne grew up in a housing commission block in western Sydney, with his mother Jodie raising him on her own.
The football star has told stories of how his mother slept by the door to ensure her children would be safe from home invaders.
His father is former rugby league star Manoa Thompson, who was absent when Hayne was growing up but reunited with his son later in life.
After showing his prodigious football talent at Westfields Sports High School he put pen to paper with the Parramatta Eels and after making his debut as a teenager, went on to become their biggest superstar.

After an unsuccessful stint playing rugby sevens for Fiji, he returned to the NFL with the Gold Coast Titans before moving back to Parramatta for the 2018 season.
But in the wake of his arrest and charging on Monday Hayne now faces the likelihood that his NRL career is over.
