Mo Farah eyes 2019 London marathon

Britain's most decorated Mo Farah, who is all set to compete in the 2019 marathon, has stated that his aim is "to win the race one day."

Farah believes that the victory in is a key to maintain the momentum for the upcoming competitions.

"My aim is to win one day. I don't know when that's going to be but the more I can run in the more I can learn about the race and learn about the course and come up with a way that could suit me," quoted Farah, as saying.

"To win a major in Chicago, my third marathon, and to have one title is great, and I think from there hopefully I just keep maintaining. I think that's key," he added.

The 2019 will be Farah's third attempt to win the race. The last British man to clinch victory in the marathon was who did it back in 1993.

In this year's London marathon, Farah had finished third with a timing of 2:06:21. Kenya's had won the race for the third time when he clocked a time of 2:04:17.
