On Friday, the organization’s board selected Martha Sheridan as its new CEO. She succeeds Pat Moscaritolo, who gives up work in February 2019.
Sheridan has supervised the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau since 2006.
In a statement, she says she’s looking forward to promoting Boston, “a cosmopolitan hub full of iconic landmarks and attractions, diverse neighborhoods, vibrant culture, prestigious universities, and of course feverish sports fandom.”
