Hyderabad: Putting to rest all speculations, Telangana TDP leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy on Monday said that party national president N Chandrababu Naidu will campaign in Telanagan for People's Front candidates. He said a campaign route map is being readied for Naidu after working out his daily schedules in AP. He said Telangana chief minister KCR's only aim is to target Naidu.
Meanwhile, the TTDP was in for a shock when kutami partner Congress issued a B-form to its Patancheru candidate K Srinivas Goud though the seat was allotted to TTDP. Nandishswar Goud, who switched sides from BJP to TDP, and senior leader Srikanth Goud were in the race for the ticket.
The TTDP faced another shock with Congress's Malreddy Rangareddy filing his nomination from Ibrahimpatnam where its candidate S Ranga Reddy had already filed the papers after TTDP was given the ticket in seat-sharing. Ranaga Reddy filed another nomination as an independent in LB Nagar from where he was actually intending to contest.
Meanwhile, some TTDP leaders who were disappointed over not getting the ticket met Naidu in Amaravati on Monday. Naidu told them that they would be suitably rewarded.
