Amritsar attack: Punjab DGP hints at involvement of Pakistani groups

Condemning the attack in Amritsar, Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Suresh Arora has said that the way attack was carried out on Nirankaris indicate that it could be a terror attack. He also said as per the assessment, Khalistani terror groups or IS group could be behind the attack. Further investigation will determine it.
