WASHINGTON—President Trump said he spoke with Central Intelligence Agency Director Gina Haspel on Saturday and that a full U.S. report on the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, including who was responsible, will be completed early in the coming week.
The briefing came after reports the CIA has concluded that the killing of Mr. Khashoggi was carried out under the orders of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, a close ally of the president.
