There will be an increased police presence in Caernarfon over the coming days - but there's no need for panic.
Officers will be in the area around the castle throughout Sunday, November 18 and Monday, November 19 to oversee the filming of a major TV drama.
The town is being used as a backdrop for a number of scenes featured in the new series and crews are already preparing the scenes ready for filming to begin.
Show producers Left Bank Pictures have advised that "North Wales Police will be in attendance for public reassurance".
Filming will be taking place in a number of locations around the town, including Y Maes, Castle Hill, Slate Quay as well as the castle itself.

The scheduled plans mean that there will be some road closures and disruptions in and around Caernarfon over the next few days.
What is the show about?
The Crown is a historical drama based on the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
The first two seasons starred Claire Foy as the monarch while former Dr Who actor Matt Smith lays her husband Phillip, The Duke of Edinburgh.

A number of characters have been re-cast for the third and fourth seasons with Peep Show and Hot Fuzz actor Olivia Colman playing an older Elizabeth II while Tobias Menzies playing an aging Prince Phillip.
Hollywood actress Helena Bonham Carter has been cast as the Queen's sister Princess Margaret.
Filming has recently been taking place in various locations across south Wales, including scenes that show the Queen's visit to Aberfan following the disaster in October 1966.
Some filming will also take place in Aberystwyth during the month.
The scenes being filmed in Caernarfon will be including the shows main characters - Olivia Colman and Tobias Menzies - who will be taking part in a large horse drawn procession through the town.
This will culminate in a ceremony at Caernarfon Castle.
The High Street and Palace Street will be dressed with bunting and flags ahead of filming and 250 local background actors will be used to line the streets.
The filming of the The Crown starts in Caernarfon next week
The third series is set in the sixties continuing from 1964, covering Harold Wilson's two periods as the prime minister until 1976.
That would mean the Investiture of Prince Charles - which took place at Caernarfon Castle in 1969 - would fall right in the middle of this time period and could very well be what is being reenacted during filming.

Time Line
The Crown series 3 Caernarfon filming schedule
Monday November 12 to Friday November 16 - disruption
During the preparation period, the producers warned there may be extra vehicle activity along Castle Ditch as equipment is loaded into the castle.
The time limited parking bays opposite the castle entrance and Old Courthouse will also be suspended and traffic management will be in place to assist with the loading process.
It's anticipated it will take until Thursday to prepare the castle and that day, work will also begin to prepare High Street and Palace Street, with props teams dressing the streets with bunting and flags, with the assistance of the council's lighting team.
Filming will commence inside Caernarfon Castle on Friday November 16 but due to the nature of the filming, no road closures or additional traffic measures will need to be implemented.
Sunday November 18 - road closures and traffic measures
Most of the closures are due to be in effect on Sunday November 18, with filming starting at 7am, along High Street and Palace Street.
Around 250 extras will be lining the streets until 1pm and residents and business owners have been asked that pavement areas can be cleared of any tables, chairs and signage that may usually be in place.
To accommodate the filming, road closures will be in place on the junction of Bangor Street with High Street (Turf Square) to the junction with Palace Street, and from Palace Street to Castle Ditch.
Filming will then move to the castle itself to look at Y Maes from the Queen's Gate on Castle Hill, with residents and business owners asked to comply again with removing any tables, chairs, etc.
Y Maes will be closed from the junction by Poundstretcher across to Y Castell Hotel, while this takes place.
Traffic management control will also be in force at the junction of Bridge Street and Penllyn, in order to allow access to Tre Gof.
Filming on the Sunday finishes on Slate Quay by the Anglesey Arms, with Slate Quay set to be closed from the Castle Hill junction to Shirehall Street.
Monday November 19 - road closures and traffic measures
On Monday November 19, filming will continue on North Penrallt and the road will be completely closed between 7am and 11am.
Traffic management will also be in place from the High Street to Bridge Street, with the production company promising that traffic will be held for no longer than three minutes at a time.
From 11am, filming will move to Parc Coed Helen to film scenes of the horses and carriage being prepared for the procession.
The area will be clear of modern vehicles and necessary areas will be coned off.
A road closure will be in place on Aber Foreshore Road, from the Parc Coed Helen to the Menai Caravan Site.
Tuesday November 20 - road closures and traffic measures
The nature of the filming on Tuesday November 20 is drone-based so no road closures are currently pencilled in.
There will be traffic management on Slate Quay between 7am and 1pm, however, while it takes place.
The production company's technical vehicles (six trucks and five vans) will be parked in the Harbour Office Coach park for the week.
They say they're also "hoping" to use the Glan Mor Ucaf Car Park on Sunday November 18 as a holding base for their horses.
Reinstatement of the town centre following filming will take place between Tuesday November 20 and Thursday November 23, so minor disruptions may continue while this is completed.
