Veteran Iowa senator to switch from Judiciary Committee next year

WASHINGTON—Sen. Chuck Grassley is expected to lead the Finance Committee next year, giving the veteran Iowa Republican more sway over tax, trade and health policy.

Mr. Grassley said on Friday he wants to relinquish the Judiciary Committee chairmanship to fill the finance panel opening left by the retirement of Sen. Orrin Hatch (R., Utah).
