Navsahyadri distributes X-Culture certificates

Pune: Students from Navsahyadri Group of Institutes, Faculty of Management - MBA, Pune, participated in X-Culture project based program organised by North Carolina University, US.
 
Around 58 students were a part of this project which was launched in 2010. Out of them, 30 students have completed and submitted their projects. They have received international certificates. 

Students, during the course of these projects, are allotted live projects from the industry from different countries. They are distributed in small teams of 6-8 participants wherein each one of them hails from different country and background. These projects are then concurrently evaluated by a team of experts from the industry and academia to ensure result-oriented output at the end of 10-12 weeks of rigorous inputs. These X-culture certificates were given away by KS Charak, Director of the Institute.
 
Course design 
There is quality training and competitions among participants in X-Culture. Every semester, thousands of students and professionals from over 40 countries take part in the X-Culture competition. For several months, they work together on business projects presented by corporate partners. The students work in international teams with peers from around the world.

They solve real life problems presented by real companies. Here, they learn about other countries and cultures and learn how to collaborate online and work as a team.
