The A.P.-Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has announced that e-KYC verification in respect of the customers who booked flats in Happy Nest would be done and sale agreements concluded within 30 days.
In view of the heavy load on the Happy Nest website, booking of the second lot of 300 flats would be opened a few days later than on the originally fixed November 15, according to an official press release. It was stated that advance money would be refunded in two to three days, where multiple customers competed for a single flat and the same was allotted to one successful bidder on the first-come-first-served basis.
Of the 300 first phase bookings, 87 were done by those from Hyderabad, 31 belonging to Vijayawada, 29 from Guntur, 17 from Visakhapatnam and nine from Bengaluru. Twenty-five flats were booked by overseas buyers.
