Thugs of Hindostan box office collection Day 6: Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh film experiences a minor setback.
Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh starrer Thugs of Hindostan, on Tuesday, experienced a fall in its earnings.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#ThugsOfHindostan decline in biz…Fri [vis-à-vis Thu]: 44.33%, Sat [vis-à-vis Fri]: 19.47%, Sun [vis-à-vis Sat]: 24.18%, Mon [vis-à-vis Sun]: 68.12%, Tue [vis-à-vis Mon]: 20.91% Hindi version. India biz.”
The epic adventure-drama has managed to collect a sum of Rs 133.75 crore till now. Taran Adarsh shared the latest figures of the film on Twitter with a post that read, “HINDI: Thu 50.75 cr, Fri 28.25 cr, Sat 22.75 cr, Sun 17.25 cr, Mon 5.50 cr, Tue 4.35 cr. Total: ₹ 128.85 cr

Despite its numbers, the movie has failed to win over critics, with The Indian Express’ Shubhra Gupta giving the movie only one star. She called the film a bore and said in her review, ” What you get instead is nothing but a massive cherry-picking enterprise from big entertainers of the past, many of them YRF’s own. Not only do you end up picking up on past films, scenes and references, you are left struggling with staleness and boredom. The writing is shockingly pedestrian, and the film just lies around, waiting for something to happen. Nothing does, for nearly three hours. Yes, this is thuggery on a large scale, and we the viewers are at the receiving end.”
