LAGUNA BEACH, Calif.—Dating app Bumble is weighing a public debut.

Speaking at The Wall Street Journal’s WSJ Tech D.Live conference on Wednesday, Bumble Chief Executive Whitney Wolfe Herd said an initial public offering could give her company more momentum to expand further internationally.
