Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are getting married in Italy.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are tying the knot on November 14 and 15 in Italy.

The rumours around their relationship started around the time they started shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2013 film Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. It was during the promotions of the Bhansali film that Ranveer was quite vocal about his relationship with Deepika. He never admitted it but the hints were enough for fans to know what was brewing between the two.

At a recently held event, Ranveer recounted the first time they met each other. He shared that while he was having a quiet birthday dinner with his family at a restaurant, Deepika arrived there with her colleagues. The actor revealed that after the meeting, he was left feeling, “How can anybody look like that?”

In an interview to The Times of India in 2013, Ranveer spoke of his ‘loveria’. He was recovering from dengue at the time and said, “I feel it is love. Dekhiye mujhe ho gaya hai loveria. (I feel I have loveria). When you feel so strongly then you can say I guess I am in love. I don’t know what is love, but what I am feeling is quite strong and cannot explain it.” He did not take Deepika Padukone’s name but the rumours of their relationship were quite undeniable.

The two were then frequently spotted at each other’s movie screenings and premieres thereby confirming speculations.

While earlier they limited their appearances to film events, they were soon spotted arriving at parties together.

On the first anniversary of Goliyon ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, Ranveer shared this photo on Instagram with the caption, “Don’t we look great together?” ;) #leelajaisikoinahi #4YearsOfRanveerSingh”

At Farah Khan’s 50th birthday party, Ranveer made quite a statement when he followed Deepika outside the venue with a flower in his hand.

After they were done with Bajirao Mastani, Deepika chopped off Ranveer moustache and he shared this on an Instagram video.

Deepika Padukone made her Hollywood debut with xXx: Return of Xander Cage and Ranveer visited her on the set in 2016.

The photo was shared by director DJ Caruso on his Twitter page.

When Deepika was about to begin shooting for her part in the Vin Diesel film, Ranveer wished her luck on Instagram.

DeepVeer frequented many parties and events but never wholly admitted to their relationship.

Deepika Padukone’s recent Koffee with Karan appearance coincided with the day she announced her wedding. On the episode too, she corrected Karan when he said that they had been together for five years to which Deepika said “six”.

The two are tying the knot in Italy in the presence of their family and friends and will host a grand reception in Mumbai and Bengaluru after their nuptials.
