Revealed: The VERY clever make-up trick pregnant Meghan has been using to disguise tired eyes – and all it takes is a nude eye pencil
- Duchess of Sussex, 37, swapped her dark eye pencil for nude version on Sunday
- Applied along the waterline, it makes eyes look brighter, bigger and less red
- Make-up artist Francesca Abrahamovitch told FEMAIL she uses the trick on stars
- Mother-to-be Meghan has had a hectic few weeks with her first Royal tour
She's the epitome of a chic mother-to-be but the pregnant Duchess of Sussex, 37, has been relying on a nifty cheat to hide tired eyes, according to an expert make-up artist.
While she usually favours a dark brown eye pencil, Meghan Markle, who is expecting her first child in spring, opted for a flesh-toned version for her first Armistace Day service at the Cenotaph with the Royal Family on November 11.
Her liner of choice - traced along her lower waterline - may have been a minute detail to the untrained eye.
But it's a tried-and-tested technique for perking up fatigued eyes, A-list make-up artist Francesca Abrahamovitch told FEMAIL.

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, who's expecting her first child in spring, has switched her usual dark brown eyeliner for a nude pencil traced along her waterline. Make-up artist Francesca Abrahamovitch says it's a great way to make eyes appear brighter, bigger and less tired

Look closely: Before her pregnancy, Meghan preferred to wear a brown or black pencil applied liberally along bottom lashes close to the whites of her eyes (above in Cheshire on June 14)
'Meghan appears to be wearing a nude eyeliner in her lower waterline. I love this look and use it a lot on my clients, especially when they have super-early starts,' she explained.
'It's a really effective way of making your eyes appear bigger and brighter.
'It also hides any redness or tiredness making it look as though you've had a full eight hours sleep - even when the reality is very different,' said Francesca who works with celebrity mothers Rochelle Humes, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.
For those looking to follow Meghan's lead, Francesca advised: 'Simply trace your white or flesh-toned pencil along the area just above your lower lashes and pair with mascara.
'If you still want smoulder, smudge your dark pencil below it. As long as you steer clear of that all-important waterline, you'll maintain the eye-brightening illusion.'
Like her sister-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge, Meghan is partial to dramatic eyeliner.
But she usually chooses a dark brown or black tone - applied liberally along both her top and bottom lashes.
She's previously named MAC Eyeliner in Teddy, £15, a favourite.
The deep brown hue is soft enough to be blended but stays in place for hours.
She's also worn Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-lasting Eye Liner in Cassis, £22, in the past.
The variant's another brown - this time with purple undertones that'll help enhance hazel eye colours.
Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat, £22.50, is also though to be a staple for Meghan. Containing light-reflective flecks, it can help banish signs of fatigue when placed in the under-eye zone.
It's no surprise expectant mother Meghan has been reaching for an eye-brightening tool of late.
The last few weeks have seen her and husband Harry, 34, jet across Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand for her first Royal tour.
She was back in the spotlight again on Saturday evening as she attended the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall with Prince Harry, the Queen and other senior family members.
On Sunday, she joined the royals at the Cenotaph for her first Remembrance Day commemorations since marring Prince Harry in May this year.
Hours later, she attended a Westminster Abbey service to pay tribute to those who fought in the Great War, alongside Harry and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
