HYDERABAD: Information technology minister K T Rama Rao said the TS i-pass scheme to facilitate setting up industries in Telangana is more effective than what Gujarat had. TS-iPASS, it may be stated, is the fast track industry policy of Telangana, which is basically a single-window clearance system for new investors.
Speaking to members of the Gujarati Samaj at the Telangana Bhavan on Sunday, KT Rama Rao urged them to encourage everyone working in their industries to vote for the TRS in the forthcoming elections. “The TRS government has maintained law and order well. We have shown that people from across the country can live here in peace, despite the rumours that were spread against TRS,” he said.
K T Rama Rao also pointed out that his government had made available power round the clock and in future the state would be able to supply power to other states too. KTR added that construction of two reservoirs to fulfil the drinking water needs of Hyderabad would be completed soon.
