E.ON eyes structural changes in Innogy set up ahead of breakup FRANKFURT: German energy group Innogy will undergo some organisational changes in its core supply area as part of its breakup planned by parent RWE and rival E.ON, E.ON said on Monday.

"For this purpose, Innogy's concessions business, Westnetz, its shareholdings in municipal utilities, and its cooperations with municipalities will be integrated," E.ON said in a statement.
