This Sunday marks a century since the end of the First World War.
All across North Wales, services and ceremonies will take place to honour those who bravely fought for our freedom.
Every November we remember the wars in our history, those sent to battle and those who are fallen.
Many towns and villages take part in a Remembrance Day parade, a march of respect for the Armed Forces and laying of wreaths to honour those who have passed.
A number of road closures and restrictions are in place across the region to allow for the safe passage of these poignant parades, which may cause some slight disruption on the roads.
As confirmed by each of the councils in the area, these are the roads that will be closed for a period of time on Remembrance Sunday, November 11.
