Mamata agrees to fence 300 acres of border
TNN | Nov 10, 2018, 07:20 ISTWest Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has acquiesced in a request from the Centre to facilitate acquisition of around 300 acres of land in her state for constructing barbed wire fencing along the Indo-Bangladesh border. Banerjee agreed after home minister Rajnath Singh wrote to her and CMs of Bihar, Meghalaya, UP and Tripura.
