Shocking moment a thug pushes a woman to the ground at a bus station in front of shocked commuters - after she accused him of 'touching her inappropriately'

Footage of a man pushing a woman to the ground at a busy bus station has been released in an attempt to find the attacker.

The vision shows a man with a blue t-shirt turn and push the woman to the ground on a bus platform in South Brisbane on October 6th at 5.30pm in front of shocked commuters - before he flees the scene. 

He responds to shocked bystanders by throwing his hands before taking off.  

The man appears to be part of a larger group as he is seen talking and walking with four other men after the incident.

He was last seen walking towards the Brisbane CBD, across the Victoria Bridge.

The woman did not require medical treatment as a result of the incident.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance with a large tattoo on his left calf and was last seen wearing aqua shorts, an aqua shirt with white stripes, a red hat and white shoes.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
