She posts endless selfies of herself on her Instagram page on most days.

And Keira Maguire couldn't help but snap away as she soon as she arrived at Flemington Racecourse on Thursday for Oaks Day.

The Bachelor star was spotted pouting and preening in front of her iPhone inside The Birdcage.

The blonde, who has starred on both The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise, immediately whipped out her iPhone as she soon as she got settled in the VIP enclosure.

Breaking away from other guests, she was on the hunt for the perfect lighting.

Once she found the right spot, she clicked away, posting several videos of herself on her Instagram page.

Earlier this year, Keira hit back at her ex-boyfriend Jarrod Woodgate after he claimed he dumped her because she was 'obsessed' with social media.

Speaking to News.com.au, Keira claimed that was 'depressed because of their relationship - not Instagram.'

'He (Jarrod) thinks I have mental health issues but the real problem was I was depressed because of our relationship — I wasn’t depressed because of Instagram,' she told the publication.

'He can deflect and say that was the reason but I was unhappy, because I was unsatisfied with what I was getting,' she said.

Keira also touched on the emotion toll of the former couple's relationship breakdown.

'I was so unhappy towards the end I felt like I was giving everything but I just wasn’t getting anything in return, I felt drained,' Keira said.

Jarrod had told Who magazine he split with Keira three weeks ago over her infatuation with the photo-sharing app.

'Her Instagram following is overwhelming and it was taking over our relationship. She's purely Instagram-focused and that takes up a lot of time,' he said.

Jarrod, who works full-time on his family's winery in rural Victoria, also said he would spend just two days a week with Keira during their relationship.

'I'd spend two days a week with her and it [was] basically all Instagram-based. It's hard because you're competing with 177,000 other people that follow her, but I shouldn't have to compete,' he explained.
