India wrapped up the T20I series against West Indies, repeating their Test and ODI form, taking a 2-0 in the 3-match T20I series. In yesterday’s match, Rohit Sharma brought in India’s yorker specialist Jasprit Bumrah to try and send back power-hitting Windies batsmen and he did exactly what was expected from him.
During the 11th over, Bumrah bowled a short bowl to Kieron Pollard to which the batsman failed to judge as he top-edged it only to be caught by Bumrah. But what caught attention was the thing that Pollard nearly bumped into Bumrah while he was taking the catch. Whether it was intentional or not, Polly’s behaviour left many including Bumrah angry.

Pollard was dismissed for 6 off 11 balls. Besides Pollard, half of Windies side was sent back to the pavilion inside 8 overs. Windies were chasing a mammoth 196 after Indian stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma smashed a record-breaking 111. With the win in the 2nd T20I, Men in Blue have sealed the series and will now aiming for a series whitewash.
