ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) An angry President Donald Trump sparred with CNN's Jim Acosta at a news conference Wednesday, a day after House Democrats took back control of the chamber, telling Acosta, "you're a rude, terrible person." The heated exchange came after Acosta questioned Trump about his remarks during the campaign calling the migrant caravan "an invasion." Trump responded, "Honestly, I think you should let me run the country, you run CNN and if you did it well, your ratings would be better." Trump then told Acosta to put down the mic.

When he refused, Trump said, "you are a rude, terrible person, you shouldn't be working for CNN."
