Walusimbi gets in behind the defence on Chiefs' left, and with his first touch, he tees up Billiat for a long-range strike. However, the Zimbabwean fires just wide of the target.
After receiving some medical attention, Khune restarts play. Meanwhile, Free State Stars have pulled a goal back against Sundowns.
Khune has gone down holding his leg. Amakhosi will hope that's nothing more than cramp.
Fantastic build-up play from Leopards leads to a shot from the right of the box from Kapinga, but he fires his low effort into Khune's grateful grasp. It was always going to be a difficult angle to score from.
CHANCE! Billiat is presented with a glorious opportunity at the other end, having been played in behind. Ndlovu comes way off his line, but Leopards players rush back to cover and Billiat shoots tamely into the keeper.
Elsewhere in the country, Mamelodi Sundowns have taken a 3-0 lead over Free State Stars. Jeremy Brockie opened the scoring in that game and Gaston Sirino has scored twice.
Billiat slips as he takes the free-kick and miscues his shot, but Chiefs still manage to win a corner.
Katjiukua has picked up a yellow card and given away a free-kick within shooting range for Kaizer Chiefs.
Leopards are causing plenty of problems for Chiefs on Amakhosi's right-hand side, where the hosts are leaving plenty of space in behind the defence.
Leopards surge forward and Pentjie Zulu gets a cross in from the left, but he overcooks it and fails to pick out a team-mate. Poor decision from him, but it's worrying for Chiefs how easy it was to create that opportunity.
Katjiukua meets a Lidoda Duvha free-kick delivery from the right, but he fails to steer the ball on target. No problem for Khune.
Having got off to a shaky start, Chiefs are finding their feet in this game, with some occasionally sloppy Leopards passing helping them a great deal.
CHANCE! Zuma is presented with an opportunity at the other end after Castro plays the ball across the face of goal from the left, having made a wonderful run to get in behind the defence. However, Zuma's shot is poor and Ndlovu saves!
Leopards are playing some decent football. Nange takes a shot with the outside of his right foot from inside the box, but Khune saves at the near post and holds on.
CHANCE! Musonda is played in behind the Chiefs defence and the flag stays down. Chiefs look like they expected it to go up, but Musonda has a shot at goal and Khune is forced to block.
Andrianarimanana has a go from long range as he looks to make his mark in his first Kaizer Chiefs start. However, he fires straight down the throat of Ndlovu.
It's been a relatively slow start to the game, with the teams still sizing each other up. Ndlovu did make an early save, but it was a comfortable one. At the other end, Leopards are flagged for offside now.
KICK-OFF! Castro gets the match underway for the Glamour Boys. By their high standards, they haven't attracted a particularly sizeable crowd tonight.
Phillip Tinyani is the referee for tonight's clash. He conducts the coin toss with the two captains -- Itumeleng Khune and Marks Munyai.
The last time these sides met, Amakhosi knocked Lidoda Duvha out of this year's Telkom Knockout last 16 on penalties. Chiefs head into this match in seventh place in the league, while Leopards sit 12th.
