WWE COO Triple H revealed the gruesome injury he sustained on his shoulder during a match at the recently concluded pay per view- Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. The Game partnered with The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels to battle The Undertaker and Kane in the main event. However, while performing one of the moves, HHH, according to WWE, suffered a torn pectoral muscle. A surgery will be required to repair the damage. But what stood out was that despite the injury, the Cerebral Assasin completed the match, eventually hitting Kane with a pedigree to win the fight.

Meanwhile, after a long surgery, Hunter shared another image from the hospital and captioned it saying, “Out of surgery, happy to report all is well. Thanks to the excellent medical care of Dr. Dugas and his team and all the well wishes, messages, tweets, and texts I got over the weekend.
Road to recovery starts… NOW”

Triple H has ended his career as a full-time in-ring competitor, and now spends most of his time in an executive role for the WWE. Recovery time for a torn pectoral muscle can be anywhere between a few weeks and a few months. As surgery is required, early prognosis tends towards the latter – meaning Triple H is likely to miss any scheduled appearance in Survivor Series’ 5-on-5 Raw vs. SmackDown main event.
