HALF-TIME: Polokwane City 0-0 Orlando Pirates
Justin Shonga has failed to convert for Pirates while Mngomezulu had an early chance for Polokwane as we head into the break goalless!
Shonga has lost his mojo... Somebody needs to help him go find it #AbsaPrem

30' Polokwane City 0-0 Orlando Pirates
It's been a scrappy first-half so far for Orlando Pirates who are struggling to find any attacking rhythm while Polokwane seem the more likely to open the scoring.

HALF TIME! Polokwane City 0 - 0 Orlando Pirates! So ends the first half and both teams will be happy to head to the changeroom. We'll be back shortly with the second half action!
Mbonani gives away a free kick. Pirates take it quickly but still nothing comes of it.
The ball is moving from one of the field to the other but neither team has managed to find the back of the net yet. The hosts have looked the better team but all that can change with a goal.
Shonga using his head this time but the result is the same...can't find the back of the net. If he keeps trying, he has to get one past Chigova but the keeper hasn't really been tested so far.
Shonga with 2 chances in the last couple of minutes but both times his shot was wide of the target! He can't seem to buy a goal at the moment.
Ramagalela with a header that was on target and forces Mabokgwane to make a save! That was the best chance of the game so far!
Once again, a Pirates player is caught offside and this time it's Lorch. So at the 30 minute mark, we are still awaiting that first goal. Both sides have had their chances!
These last few minutes, the Pirates defence is really being tested and they are not doing too well. Luckily for them, the 2 chances that there were, both went out for goal kicks.
The visitor's Mako has been caught offside. He was just about to push forward when he saw the flag raised.
Pirates are starting to get their act together now. Seems like they were a bit slow this evening and their defence is still not at their best but the midfield is looking better now. They have a corner and it's taken by Shonga.
Some mention must be made of Seabi. Although he gave that foul away, he is working hard, trying to create some chances for his team. A very hard working player.
It has to be said that Polokwane are dominating proceedings at the moment. They are creating chances but they are not finishing well. Pirates need to be careful or else they could be chasing the game.
Lorch wins a free kick for his team after he was fouled by Seabi. It's taken reasonably quickly but nothing comes of it.
A little burst from Pirates now but the referee awards Polokwane a goal kick.
Pirates starting off a bit slow this evening and just absorbing the pressure that the hosts are trying to put on them. Mabokgwane with a goal kick as Polokwane can't take advantage of the chances they are creating.
Just 2 minutes into the start of the half and Ramagalela has a go at the goal! Positive start for the hosts.
Polokwane City get us underway!
We are a few minutes away from kick off! Some excitement in the air!
