Acquired a significant shareholding

We hereby declare that on October 26, 2018, persons who are closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the joint-stock company "Brivais Vilnis" have concluded the following transactions with shares of the joint stock company "Brivais Vilnis":

• SIA “A Corporation” has sold its wholly owned shares of JSC "Brivais vilnis" to SIA "Mūsu Investīciju Fonds";
• SIA “BALTIC FINANCE & CAPITAL” has sold its wholly owned shares of JSC "Brivais vilnis" to SIA "Mūsu Investīciju Fonds".

As a result of the concluded transactions, SIA “A Corporation” and SIA “BALTIC FINANCE & CAPITAL” lost a significant shareholding in the JSC "Brivais vilnis", and SIA " Mūsu Investīciju Fonds" acquired a significant shareholding in the share capital of JSC "Brivais vilnis".
