An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Ganderbal district on Monday.
According to police, they started a cordon and search operation after they received specific information about the presence of terrorists in Bakoora village, following which the militants opened fire.
"Firing exchanges are going on in the village," a police officer said.
