Karl Stefanovic is set to wed his fiancée Jasmine Yarbrough in Mexico in December.

But one person who won't be in the wedding party Karl's his former Today show co-host Lisa Wilkinson.

Speaking to Confidential on Sunday, the 58-year-old confirmed: 'I have not been invited.'

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Karl Stefanovic for comment.

There have long been reports that the pair have a purely professional relationship despite sharing a news desk for over a decade.

However Lisa tells Confidential: 'There are elements of Today which I do miss but I am so focused on my new life and the new challenges which I have.'

Lisa is believed to have quit Today last year because Karl, 44, as her male co-host, was reportedly earning $2million - double her $1.1million salary.

In attendance were Today stars and Channel Nine personalities including Karl's brother and sister-in-law, Peter Stefanovic and Sylvia Jeffreys, and Richard Wilkins.

They've booked two villas, one at US$8500 (approximately AU$11600) per night, and another for US$11000 (approximately $AU15000) per night.
