Abu Dhabi's NPCC wins $231 million construction contract from Kuwait Oil DUBAI: Abu Dhabi's National Petroleum Construction Co. (NPCC) said it had won a $231 million construction contract from Kuwait Oil Company.

The contract provides for NPCC to build facilities to reduce crude salinity at four oil gathering stations operated by Kuwait Oil, it said in a statement.
