FALL RIVER — A stabbing victim, who said he was robbed of $3,000 cash he had in his pocket, provided only a vague description of the men who attacked him, police report.
A 68-year-old man was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with stab wounds to his chest and one leg after he was located on Tuttle Street at 2:45 a.m. Saturday.
The man told police his attackers were “three white guys with dark clothing,” according to a press release issued by the police. He could not provide a more detailed description, police report.
Officers located video surveillance cameras in the neighborhood and will review the footage, police report.
The victim did not live in the neighborhood, police report. Police report they were unable to locate witnesses to the assault.
