Australia witnessed Bachelor contestants Brittany Hockley, Sophie Tieman and Cassandra Wood get their hearts broken by The Bachelor's Nick Cummins last month.

But it appears the three women have left their devastation behind them as the former love rivals joined forces on Derby Day.

Brittany, 30, shared a video to Instagram of herself sitting on a plane leaving for Melbourne alongside the 24-year-old student Cassandra.

Cassandra threw her fingers up in a peace sign as Brittany explained where they were going.

'Coming in for Derby Day,' she said, as she shared her excitement about attending the star-studded event.

A later video showed the radiographer getting her makeup done at MAC cosmetics.

Brittany looked set to make a statement with a bold lip as she was seen getting red lipstick applied by the makeup artist.

Meanwhile Cassandra, who is set to star on Bachelor In Paradise next year, showed herself getting her hair done for the event.

The two women were later reunited with another fellow Bachelor contestant - Sophie Tieman.

Cassandra also uploaded a video of herself in the front seat of a car.

In the back seat sat Brittany and Sophie Tieman, who were both in the final two on The Bachelor.

During one of the most shocking Bachelor finales to date, Brittany and Sophie were both rejected by The Honey Badger and he became the first person to walk away a single man.

The three women arrived together - with Brittany and Sophie both opting for figure-hugging ensembles.

Cassandra wore a strapless white dress with a skater-style skirt that featured a black rose print.

While Cassandra went for 'less is more' for her headpiece, Sophie and Brittany chose to wear large wide-brimmed hats.
