'They dealt with a public order incident and left when they were called back at 11.30pm they discovered the dead man dead.
'The severed penis was found on top of the fireplace and they also chopped off his eye lids.'

However she was the only one who was arrested and was held in Dun Laoighaire Garda Station where she was detained and questioned.
The estate where the horror happened is a leafy estate of expensive mock tudor houses - there is a large, well kept green area, and a private parking attendant.
It is near the Leapordstown Racecourse and is a well known affluent area - senior gardai including Assistant Commissioner Pat Leahy attended the scene.
Tudor Lawn residents were in deep shock yesterday and were too afraid to give their names when they spoke to Dublin Live.
