He's live out at the amazon fulfillment center now-- a place where 15-hundred people will someday work.

Nadine, the sheer size of this thing is really what catches your attention first off.

Its roughly the same size as 11 football fields!

The high winds didn't phase these construction workers, strapped in and harnessed up, as work chugs along on eastern washington's first amazon fullfment ceneter1:50:07 sally smith director of operations "we are on schedule, its about 640 thousand square feet, and we will have all the cool stuff in here when it opens."

Sorting all that cool stuff, will eventually be 1500 employees paid at minimum 15 dollars an hour.

Hiring for those positions will be announced a few months prior to its official opening no word on when that will be, but there's already been a boon of local hiring for construction.

It will go to stem programming.
