The wedding rituals of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh has begun in full swing. While Ranveer is currently in Goa living his last days of bachelor life, Deepika is in Bangalore where the rituals has begun. Recently Deepika’s mother, Ujjala Padukone organized Nandi Pooja for her soon to be married daughter Deepika. The Pooja is done for gains in career and profession, good health, increased longevity, win over enemies, basically for a life without any sufferings.
Deepika who was beaming with happiness was all decked up in an orange colour Salwa Kameez. Hairstylist Gabriel Georgiou shared the glimpses from the puja. While the pooja has been over, few pictures from the function is going viral which proves that the Padukone’s are very strict when it comes to following rituals and traditions. Apparently the food that was served in the function was Traditional Konkani delicacies like Dalitoy, Bibbe Upkari, Kosambari and Puliogare served on a banana leaf. Deepika Pdukone and Ranveer Singh will tie knot on 14th and 15th November at Lake Como, Italy. The Mumbai wedding reception for their Bollywood friends will be held on December 1.
