Cass Wood attracted attention for her muscular beach body during her time on The Bachelor.

But she didn't always look this way, with the blonde beauty sporting a far skinnier figure just three years ago.

However, after taking up CrossFit and focusing on weight training, the 24-year-old was able to add more mass to her thighs and build a shapely derriere over time.

The Bachelor babe focused on her lower body during weight training sessions and made weighted squats a regular part of her routine.

She also added protein shakes into her diet to help with muscle growth.

Outside of CrossFit and weight training, Cass keeps fit with a variety of sports and activities, including surfing, rugby, and yoga.

Cass isn't the only Australian blonde to get a famous booty makeover in recent years.

Instagram star Tammy Hembrow, also 24, turned her pert derriere into a voluptuous behind through a strict diet and exercise regime.

The blonde, who boasts almost 9 million followers on Instagram, has had to fend off accusations that her famous curves are the result of surgical intervention.

Tammy recently told Cosmopolitan magazine that being accused of getting butt implants is 'frustrating'.

'I don't want people to think they can't achieve a booty with hard work,' she said.

'It just creates a false mindset that it's not achievable and surgery is the only option, which is completely wrong,' she added.

Meanwhile, reality TV fans will get a chance to see Cassandra's famous behind back on screens in the upcoming second season of Bachelor In Paradise.

The 24-year-old, who failed to find love with Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins on The Bachelor, was confirmed for the series along with finalist Brooke Blurton earlier this week.

Bachelor In Paradise is set to hit screens early next year.
