Naming the hotel as ‘Fantastic’ is a marketing ploy to attract attention.  The hotel is owned by the Jeffrey family. Earlier the building had a supermarket (ground floor) and offices (upper floors).

The hotel features 40 clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities expected of a small city hotel – TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, equipped kitchenettes and fridges, and a keyless room card entry system for maximum security. Room rates range is from 70 Euros to 120 Euros for a night stay. There is a swimming pool crowning the hotel. A walkway around the perimeter of the building allows the visitors to have a leisurely walk.

Kenroy Jeffrey said that they have been managing a guest house in Lowtown, St. James, from past 20 years. The business was in sound condition but closed during Irma damage. They are looking forward to a good business as they have opened rooms for accommodation.

He added that Concordia is not a disadvantage to them. They also provide parking for visitors.

The family insists that they have visitors coming to the Fantastic hotel from all over the world.
